MAISONS and PROADNER are owned and managed by Delphine Dieu, qualified with over 25 years experience in the real estate sector and the management of properties in general. 

She is an ICH Bordeaux graduate (Institute of Construction and Property management), holder of the Property Management Diploma (University of Vic - Barcelona) and Member of the AEGAI (European Association of Administrators and Managers of properties).

She undertook her professional training in the family business in Bordeaux (Cabinet Jean & Philippe Dieu), and internationally: one year in the United States, one year in Morocco and over 20 years in Spain, attached to  British real estate groups as well as a law Firm specialising in property sales/purchases transactions.

Today, most of her business is in the area of urban located sale/purchase transfers throughout Andalusia.
