Situated between Gibraltar and Puerto Banus, Estepona is one of the few Costa del Sol towns that has maintained its Spanish pueblo charisma. However, it still caters for tourists by providing all the facilities that they have come to expect during their stay, including many bars, restaurants, and shops along with plenty of leisure and cultural activities to partake in.
You will find Blue Flag beaches along the palm tree lined promenade, along with the marina and museums to explore. The 'old town' with its quaint narrow streets and restored buildings, adorned with an array of beautifully coloured flowers, is a dream for photographers.
This town currently benefits from a town hall who are proactive in their approach to approving building licences. This in turn has attracted developers to invest in a number of newbuild developments, making it an attractive and affordable alternative to Marbella for international buyers.
